I really couldn’t recommend this more. This is the weighted dance hula-hoop by Gaiam. It weighs a slight 3.5lbs, but it’s extremely effective. The RRP is £29.99, but you can find it for about 10%-15% off on the internet. It sells online and in John Lewis. It comes with a DVD, but to be completely honest, I’ve used it many times and I’ve never felt the need to watch it. I could’ve been an example a few months ago - because I lost 8lbs clean eating and using this religiously - but I haven’t worked out since then, so I have no proof. But trust me when I say it tones you up like crazy. I’d recommend opening a 15 minute slot to use this daily, and in weeks, you’ll notice the difference!
